I came across the following sentence the other day. Which use, identifying or non-identifying, is the relative pronoun which below?

We are learning finger Braille which is a communication medium of deafblind people.

There is not a comma just before the which, but I guess the which is non-identifying in this context. Am I correct?

There should be a comma there. Sometimes people leave out the comma by mistake, but you can hear it when the sentence is spoken aloud.

Thank you, CP.

Then do I understand #2 below is not grammatically correct, since relative pronoun "that" does not have non-defying use?
2. We are learning finger Braille that is a communication medium of deafblind people.

And I think "finger Braille" is a proper noun. Am I correct?

Braille is the system of reading and writing for blind people, developed by a doctor named Braille. I've never heard of it called finger Braille, just Braille.

It should have been written with a comma and which, not with that, because it is just an explanation of what Braille is.
