Hi, teachers
It's ok to say "restore one's hearing." But what about "restoring one's health?" Or can we only say "restore somebody to his/her health?"

One can restore one's health by a program of exercise and diet, for instance |

Fully agree with the reply from PugachevV. Just to address the second point that you made in your query:
restore somebody to his/her health
It would also be ok to say:
"after a long stay in hospital my mother has now returned home after being restored to full health".
