Hello, teachers!!
(1) I was caught in a shower.
(2) I got caught in a shower.
Do you have any differences between (1) and (2)?
I consulted "catch" and "get" in the dictionary, but I couldn't reach the answer. Would you help me with this?
Thank you in advance. |

There's no difference in meaning between the two.
Got is often used with a past participle to form the passive mood.
e.g. I got drenched. I got caught in a shower. The dog got killed. |
