Hello!

Which is the correct expression between "guilt feeling" and "guilty feeling", please?

Does each of them carry a different meaning?

Thanks in advance!

I don't really know Smile.

I think 'guilt feeling' is used when you are describing guilt in general as a case or scenario. It seems to be used alot as a techincal term in papers.

Whereas I think I hear 'guilty feeling' when it is more present or "real." As an example. I'm having a guilty feeling that what I did was wrong yesterday.

I'm lazy.. i just say I'm feeling guilty.. Smile

Honestly, I don't think I've ever heard "guilt feeling" before. In conversation, this concept would be expressed as a "guilty feeling" or "feeling of guilt."
