Below is a text used in an examination.
My grandparents live with us. They live in Seremban in a big and beautiful bungalow. They usually spend their free time reading books and magazines. Sometimes my grandmother attends religious talks. My grandfather loves to go jogging in the park. He usually gets up early and cycles to the park. He returns at around 9 o'clock. He then does some gardening. He has many beautiful flowers in _____ garden.
A her B our C his D my
What would be the best answer?
Is garden something personal and exclusive that we need to use 'his' or is it common that we can use 'our' for the answer? |

His garden.
If he is the one who owns the garden, or the one who cultivates it, you can call it "his" garden. |
