| Is there a better way to describe that state of being? The Chinese describe this situation as "月光族". Literarlly, it is a "tribe" which empties their wallets every month. Thank you! |

| When you live from "paycheck to paycheck", you are always waiting for the next paycheck to arrive. So it means that you are only just managing to remain solvent. You probably have no luxuries and can only just afford the necessities of life. |
