Is the following sentence correct, especially "with all"?
And if it is correct, what's the meaning of "with all" in the sentence?

No. It doesn't work.
There is an old word, "withal" that means - in addition, or nevertheless but you will only see it in stuff such as Shakespeare's plays. |
