Dear teacher

I have a question about tense. What are the differences between the present perfect progressive and the past perfect progressive? I dont know the exactly usage about these two tense. When situation we should use it? Could you tell me the answers?

Best wishes.

P.S. This question is my frend's. Because his account is inactive, I help him to post.

The present perfect continuous tense
I have been working all day.
I have worked all day and I am still working.
I have been working all day and I've just finished.

The past perfect progressive tense.
I had been working all day.
I had worked all day at some point in the past. ( e.g. Last Tuesday).
