Dear teacher:
I have a big problem about listening.
Usually when I listen to a conversation, I can't understand what people say in English.
But if they communicate with me in writing, I can understand simply.
I feel confused.
What should I do to solve this problem?

It's much harder to understand the spoken word than the written word, in ANY language.

You just have to practice and persevere until it becomes easier.
