I read this quatation in a book don't remember the exact words please correct the following and do tell me if you know the exact words

"if man is head of the family then female is the neck that can move this head in any direction"

Muni, I think that was from the movie "My Big, Fat Greek Wedding," although I don't know if it was original to the movie. I'd never heard it before. I don't know the exact words, but here's a slight edit of your attempt:

"If man is the head of the family, then woman is the neck that moves this head in any direction."
