I saw an ad in a newspaper as follows.

Start date: Sat.Oct. 17-Dec.19
Pre-registered rate: $200/$20 per ride

What does " $200/$20 per ride" mean?
Does it mean : the total price is $200 while $20 is every time price for riding?
