Recently, after the terrible BP oil spill, President Obama got BP to agree to set up a 20 billion dollar fund to pay to people who have lost money because of the spill. Joe Barton, a Texas Republican Representative, made a statement apologizing to BP for what he said was a bad move on the part of the President. Many people were very upset at his statement, and apparently other Republicans put pressure on him to retract his apology, which he did. That is where the "I�m-Sorry-BP-No-I�m-Not" came from. |
