Hello, teachers!!

The Europeans and Americans had power and prestige, which made their cultures much more attractive.

----->
I think that power is hegemony, but I am not sure about prestige. Are power and prestige used in the same level? I mean, apples and oranges are in the same level because they are fruit. But power has a broader range, and prestige has a smaller range than power.

Thank you in advance.
