Hi everyone,
what is "keeping the head neutral" when it comes to cycling?
The "head" is the rider's head...I guess.
thank you

It would help to have the rest of the sentence. All I can think of is not leaning your head to one side or the other, but keeping it in a neutral position. But I could make a better guess if I saw more of the context.

hi Lorikeet
Thank you very much.
There is no sentence before and after this,
but it's one of the items explaining the position of various parts of body,
so your interpretation seems make sense! |
