The following is my question.
Just because an office building has security guards or receptionists doesn't mean creepers will be deterred.
In my opinion, there seems to be something wrong with this sentence?What is the subject of this sentence? Please help check it out. Thanks. |

It is.
This is quite a common structure in informal speech:
Just because ... (it) doesn't mean ...
