Dear teacher~
I want to ask about the usage between them.
For example, vagetable is good "for" health. In the sentence, can I use "to" instead of"for"?
Please tell me how to use, thanks!

Sincerely yours,
LucyWen

Vegetables are good for your health.
For is the correct preposition to use.
To and for are very "busy" prepositions in English.
They are not synonymous.
You have to learn which one to use in each specific instance.
