Actually I don't finish one book then start another,I just start 2-3 subjects at a time that's why I am not done with any subject but I have finished half of every subject
please tell if these sentences are correct in which I am telling my friend how I am studying for my exam
love

I'd only make one correction (plus punctuation), Muni:
Actually, I don't finish one book and then start another. I just start 2-3 subjects at a time. That's why I am not done with any subject, but I have finished half of every subject.
Great job! |

Actually, I didn't (past tense!) finish one book and then start another,I just started to read (you don't have to add "to read" it's just that I think it makes it look nicer!) 2-3 subjects at a time, that's why I am not done yet with any single subject but I have just finished about a half of every subject.
As you noticed, I added a few words here and there. Those words are optional, but they do make your sentences look nicer and clearer. Another comment: Make sure all the tenses in all your sentences agree with each other. I "done" is in the past tense so "start" and "finish" should be too. |
