| Muni, that could have a lot of different meanings. What is the situation? For example, you could "give an application" of medical treatment to a patient. In other situations, "give an application" may or may not be correct. |

if I have to go on a leave and I want to ask my cunsultant if I need to give an appliacatiuon for leave or I can go just by telling him without an application
