Hi. Would anyone kindly tell me what the following passage means? The passage is taken from the book "A Guide to Field Reasearch" written by Carol A. Bailey.

| Primo is a Spanish man's name - so is Caesar. Primo was supplying cocaine to Caesar while they were sitting on a bench outside a block of apartments that are provided by the state for poor people. |

| I don't think it means that Caesar was actually eating it, but who knows with that crap. |
