Hello,my name is Scott. I'm a college student from Taiwan.
I have a question that how to call a black man in the USA. I know that ''Africa-American'' is a polit way. But how about ''Afro-american ''?
Is it ok to call them Afro-American ?

I think the correct politically correct term, currently, is African-American. Afro-American is also acceptable.
Some of my friends prefer to be called "black" as the term to express racial pride.
