Every day is like the other, whether it's a weekday or a weekend.
Is this sentence correct?
My questions whether the other should be replaced by "another". Does a native only use "the other" in the sense of "two". |

Hi Jasonlulu,
Try:
Every day is like the other, whether it's on a weekday or a weekend.
You could use "another":
Each day is like another, whether it falls on a weekday or a weekend.
