The following are my two questions.

1. I felt a little bit under the weather last night.
In the above sentence, can I change it into "I felt a little bit
uncomfortable last night"?

2. She said that Chinese medicine was more natural than western
medicine.
In the above sentence, can I change it into "She said that Chinese
medicine is more natural than western medicine"?

Thanks a lot.

If you are under the weather you are sick, hungover or debilitated in some other way.

You are doubtless uncomfortable in those situations, but it's not really a decent substitute.

Chinese medicine is more natural than western medicine is OK.
