Dear Teacher:
I read the article.
I don't know how to explain "take with" here.
They also hope visitors take with them a deeper appreciation of nature and passion to protect it.

Hi Jobo,
It's "take with them." The sentence should read:
They also hope visitors will take with them a deeper appreciation of nature and the passion to protect it.
"Take with them" means what they got out of it and what they've learned -- essentially what value they received from the experience.
