Can I write those sentences is this way?
1.Now is twelve eleven.
2.Now is 7 o'clock in the morning.
3.Now is 8 a.m.

No, you need to put the "it" in.
1.Now it is twelve eleven.
2.Now it is 7 o'clock in the morning.
3.Now it is 8 a.m. |
