Q: How long is the English class?
How much time is the English class?
How long is the English class?
A: The English class is fifty minutes long.
* Are the questions and the answer right?
My friend gave me the answer sentence(A) and asked me what the interrogative sentence is. I am not very sure and gave her those interrogative sentences.
Thank you. |

"How long is the English class?" is definitely correct.
"How much time is the English class?" would be considered awkward phrasing. Even if you changed the sentence to read "How many minutes are in the English class?" that would still be awkwerd. _________________ Educe22 |
