The following is my question:

Shes dreaming shell be whisked off her feet by a tall, dark handsome stranger.

What does this sentence mean? Please help me with it. Thanks a lot.

It's a phrase, she's dreaming that she'll meet someone who will romance her, make her fall in love, take care of her etc. It's kind of a submissive thing, the phrase "whisked off her feet" literally means "picked her up and carried her away", so she wants a relationship where the other person is in control, if that makes sense.

The idea that all women need men to take control (and look after them) is outdated in most western countries, so this phrase can sound old-fashioned or romantic. People also say "swept off her feet" which has a similar meaning - if you stand on the beach and a big wave comes in, it could lift you off your feet and carry you away. You can use this phrase in situations where people lose control, or if they're so busy they can't stop for a rest ("he was swept off his feet").
