Dear teachers,
Do the following two sentences have exactly the same meaning?
He helped me with my homework.
He helped me do my homework. |

Hi Sarah19,
He helped me with my homework.
He helped me do my homework.
The first sentence indicates that he assisted her with her homework.
The second sentence seems to imply a little more -- perhaps not just assistance, but giving her the answers as well.
As a tutor, I would help someone WITH their homework and not necessarily help someone DO their homework.
