Hello,
I know some first names can be used for either men or women, but are there any such names that sound alike but have different spellings depending on the person's gender? |

E.g., Deny for male and Denise for female. |

Thank you for your help, but that wasn't what I meant. I guess it's my fault, though, I shouldn't have written that I was looking for names that "sound alike" but rather names "sound the same" or are homophones: for example, Carry, for men, and Carrie, for women. |
