For the 2 sentences below:

We have dinner.
Then my father usually goes out for a walk.


Please advise me which one below is correct:
My father usually goes out for a walk after dinner.
My father usually goes out for a walk after we have dinner.


Please tell me why. Thank you.

They are both correct, and you could use either one.
