Here is what I saw in an ad:

Cost: $100 per one-week session, no fee assistance available.

What does "fee assistance" mean?

It means you cannot get (government) help to pay for the session.

Fee assistance means help with paying the fee. Some governments will pay towards the cost of educational programs under certain circumstances.
