Mandela's example showed the power of public kindness does not require a public office, just a well-placed heart and a determined mind.
what does "a well-placed heart" mean?
Thanks |

It means "a heart in the right place". In other words a well- meaning heart.
We use "heart" to describe a person's feelings of or capacity for love or compassion.
Also for courage or enthusiasm and mood or feeling in general. |
