Dear teachers,
Can you tell me when we use"disability" as an uncounted noun, and when as a counted noun? Just as the following sentence:
She managed to lead a normal life in spite of her "disabilities".
Can we use "disability" here?

In your sentence, it depends on whether or not she has more than one disability. Either could be correct, depending on your meaning. |
