I can not exactly undertand what the quotation mean. I paraphrased the quotation as follows so that you can correct me. Please tell me my paraphrasing is right. If not, correct me please. Thanks.

| I think you have done it correctly, but the idea of the sentence is weird to me. I think criminals, bullies, and manipulators all know right from wrong. |
