At the weekend you should not sleep in more than 3 hours later than
usual.
At the weekend you should not sleep in 3 hours more.
Do both sentences mean the same? |

The phrase "sleep in" carries with it the idea of sleeping later than usual.
So, to say "sleep in more than 3 hours later than usual" is redundant - it's kind of repeating the same information when it's not necessary.
Best just to say:
On the weekend (or, On weekends) you should not sleep in more than 3 hours. _________________ Helping ESL students since 2001!
