Can anyone tell me who invented the transistor, resistors and Light Emmiting Diodes?
I need it for a science quiz in my school.

One of these wonders was the invention of the transistor in 1947. The transistor was slow to be commercialized. Up through the late 1950s, transistors were expensive, unreliable.William Shockley describing a solid-state amplifier in 1939.
