Dear Mr. Russell,

I am a customer of your online bookstore and just bought an English novel which is called Great Expectations from your website. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the book�s binding.

I was very happy when I received the book, but I was shocked by the book�s binding after opening it. I found that the pages were not in order and it was easy to be scattered, moreover, the pages were in poor quality.

In fact, I�m very disappointed by the book�s binding fault, I would like you to be responsible for it and change a good new one for me, and I also hope the similar situations won�t happen again.
