i need to lose weight ... atleast 10 kg .... in 45 days .. anyone can help ? i dont eat much but the problem is, my weight drops down REALLY SLOW _________________ + I'm Everything You're Not + |

Don't eat too much dinner!~
Don't ear lunch!~
Every day drink 5~10 cups of water!~
Go jogging 1:30 hours every day!~
I use this !~

Wow,
You really want lose your weigh in 45 days!!
You are very challenge person.
Whenever I made my dicision to lose weigh in 1month,I never made it.
I always give up easily. I know I shoud keep up .
But right now, I eat lots of healthy food;like fruits, bananas, oranges, vegetables..
I don't like the word 'diet'. It makes me lot of pressure on me. I use word 'healthy' instead. I tried to eat healthy food. This is bacause not just to lose my weight ,now I 'm living in dorm and I have to cook by myself there is no one to care me if I get sick. so I have to be make my body stronger and healthy.
The most of healthy food doe not contain lot of calories and this will help you to lose your weight.
So, I think you shoud eat more healthy food.
Whenever you want to eat chips or snaks, eat some vegetable sticks or salad. What do you think? |

Not eating lunch and dinner is very unhealthy. What needs to be taken into consideration is what you are eating and at what times. What needs to be done is you need to eat healthy foods at proper times of the day and in moderation. What I mean by certain times of the day is for example, not to skip breakfast. Breakfast is quite possibly one of the most important meals of the day. A time to avoid eating though is before you go to sleep. Eating before going to sleep will actually put on weight.
On to exercise, drink plenty of liquids but do not push yourself in your routine. Start off slow and work your way up week to week. Start with a simple one mile. After a week, when you feel comfortable, move it up to two miles. If you find yourself breathing heavily and still sore after only one mile, do not move up to two miles as you are not ready and will injure yourself or simply not finish your run which doesn't get you anywhere. Also make sure to stretch thuroughly before and after running to prevent injury. Also try to fit in other exercises along the way such as pushups (aka: pressups) and crunches (aka: situps).
For a final note, do not weigh yourself as it is an archaic and inaccurate method of finding your body-mass index. There are many methods out there to determine your body-mass index other than weighing yourself and in many cases the BMI isn't accurate eitgher as their is a body composition and body fat conflict that must also be put into consideration. I say this because in many cases both aren't always accurate because your body may have put on weight temporarily through any of the following:
a.) Water retention: This is a major diet demoralizer. More people have screamed "I PUT ON WEIGHT!" when it was actually just water. Water goes in and out, it isn't fat.
b.) Put on muscle mass: Fat to muscle, it happens. I gained a lot of weight from distance running despite me running 6 miles and up as a daily routine.

If you want to lose weight and to keep the result, you should train a lot
(swim, skate, do special exersises) and NOT TO EAT AFTER 6 P.M. Change all your lifestyle. |

Please BE CAREFUL!
Acording to nutritionist the maximum weight a human can lost is 750 gmr per month. If you lost more, you are on danger to suffer a big problem: deshidratation, or anothers.
I�m fat since I was born. My first weight was 5.500 KG all my life is on diet, and sometimes I got to lost 10 kg, but after lost them I got them in a short time. Loose weight mena think in a new model of life.
It is wrong to miss breakfast or dinner, the first is the most important meal, the second is important to not to get wight untill night.
My advise is Take the three formal meals until the day, and two healthy snakc untill the day (I mean fruit).
Do excersice all days and think that if you want to be thin this will be you new model of life. On the contrary when you got losse the 10 kg very soon you would be able to gain weight again.
Please BE CARFULL, step by step is better.

I think it works when you eat low fat food, at least I have tried and it worked pretty well.
don't eat anything from potatoes, dishes from flour, meat-just chicken without skin, and no sweets.Also it really helps not eating after 18:00(well if you're starving you can have orange or apple).Sounds cruel, but can start slowly,at first refuse sweets, than potatoes and so on.
enjoy such meals as yoghurt with fruits, with flakes, salats, curd with nuts and rasins,or with yoghurt, fish dishes.
Well and the worst thing at the end-when you start eating healthy you can't stop,it must be your life style,or weight will come back, even with some (or not just some) more kilos... |

i think you need more exercise^^
last summer i only ate lunch and jumped rope at least 20 minutes a day
and 1 mounth lost 5 kg~
jump rope is a very useful exercise!
(do not eat llunch if you are really hungry i suggest you can eat apple
the caloric is low )
