Hi,
I'd like to be confirmed whether the following two sentences are correct or not.
A. In case I'm late, start without me.
B. In case that I'm late, start without me.
Is 'in case' often followed by 'that' or not? Which is normally used by native speakers of English? with or without that?
Thanks in advance!

A is correct.
You wouldn't use "that" unless, perhaps, you were referring to a specific case among others, already discussed.
Then, if you were going through them again, you might say
"In the case that I'm late...
But even then it sounds a bit strange and over formal.
Hope helps,
