Are both the following sentences natural with the same meaning?
[ I asked a similar question using whenever. But this time I ask "when" itself. Thank you.]
--------------- the following -----------------
1. When I was just going to speak, he cut in.
2. I was just going to speak, when he cut in. |

Hello, Jins and everyone. I am new here.
#2 is more natural, although it would sound even more natural to say, "I was just about to speak, when he cut in."
I hope this helps. |
