I would lke to know how I could change this sentence in active voice :

- I was really thrilled to be asked to give a speech at the wedding reception.

You need to put in "that", and a subject and change the verb.

- I was really thrilled that (whoever it was) asked me to give a speech at the wedding reception.

There may be other options, but that seems simplest to me.
