Is the difference of the meaning between two sentences? |

Yes, kind of.
If you make adjective something, you are creating. "She makes nice cakes"
If you make something adjective, the something already existed, and you changed it.
"She made the cakes nice by adding icing."
(you probably wouldn't use "make" with "results", though)
