Hmmm, not quite...
The normal English would be simply:
"When your dream comes true."
If you want to use "wish", you'd have to say "wish for", but it still sounds odd, because you don't wish for a dream, you already have it!
You could say;
"When the thing you wish for happens", but the first example is more natural.
