Please help me chech the following poster and make it natural and acceptable to native speakers.
Christmas Evening
Welcome to participate
An English evening party
On Christmas Eve
From 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
In the school�s conference hall
Each group with 2 or 3 items are ok
English songs, plays, jokes or stories and poems
Be on time |

This site is intended for students of English as a foreign language as a resource to study or review language.
This site is more of a hobby than anything else, I like to make games in my free time or days off. Although I also like to travel and eat donuts too.
