I wonder if "go hard or go home" have sexual connotation as well.

I saw that quotation on the wall in the gym I go to. I checked it in the online urban dictionary, and the first meaning is "To go all out at whatever you're doing at that time and if you don't, you might as well pack it up and head home."

The urban dictionary also writes the second meaning, which I refrain from explaining, but am curious whether it is true or just one individual's personal definition.

Thank you.

As a new phrase, people can feel free to use it in different ways.

I can imagine the other explanation. My guess is that it's rubbish, like a lot of things from that source, because "go" is not a normal verb in that context.

Hope helps,
Ian

When you lose an erection before your sexual partner is pleasured. If you can't get an erection "hard" you should return to your dwellings.
"Im not even wet yet you can go hard or go home"

This expression doesn't have a sexual connotation for its primary meaning. It means that you should either give your best effort in playing the sport or doing the exercise or workout, or else don't bother--just go home.
