If there is only one positive thing, 'plus side' is fine. If there was more than one positive thing, advantages might be better.

Also remember, the words don't mean exactly the same thing. A 'plus' is a 'good thing', while advantage is something that helps you.

So, free donuts would be a plus side, but not an advantage.
Career advancement would be a plus side, and an advantage.
