On Valentine's day in Korea, many girls give their boyfriend some chocolates and presents. Sometimes they give them to someone who they like.
There are crowded of people in the chocolate shops for about 3 days before Valentine's day. Some people make beautiful packages of chocolates by themselves. I think it is more heart-warming than just buying a completed present. We also have the 14th of March is called White day. This has the opposite meaning to Valentine's day. On White day, many boys give their girlfriend candies and presents but not chocolate.
The 14th of April is called Black day. Boys and girls who don't recieve chocolates and candies enjoy eating black noddle together.
