|
|
I have some questions for the students in class. I don't want the students to answer the questions in a certain order.
For example, in a classroom, there are 48 students sitting in 8 lines. After I call a student to answer my question, I want the one sitting on his/her left or right to continue the next question. Is it ok to say "turn left or turn right"?
And how to question the one sitting in front of or behind the student ?
Is it Ok to say "turn forwards or turn backwards"? |

You can say:
Will the student to your (left/right) please answer the next question?
Will the student (in front/in back) of you please answer the next questions?
