Dear sirs:
Here is a passage from the article I am reading. Can you help me solve the syntactic question?
"You can add one to coffee or tea to make the drink sweet. However, most people don’t know that there’s another thing that sugar cubes can do—keep cookies crisp!"
Is "keep cookies crisp" the right form to be used here? Should it be changed to "keeping cookies crisp" or "to keep cookies crisp"? (For me, it refers to another thing that sugar can do instead of just a substitute for "do") Thank your for your time to help me out.

Sugar cubes can keep cookies crisp. I think it's right the way it is. |
