What are "spikes of happy-juice"?
Email seems like a very efficient way to communicate. After all, your brain gets wonderful little spikes of happy-juice when writing and sending an email.

Judging from the context, I'd guess it means you feel happy when you write and send an email. It's a strange way to put it. |
