Thai Culture is so gentle and polite. I think this is because we come from a Buddhist country. It is most importent to salute by placing the hands palm against palm and raising them to the face and bowing the head. The salute is done in different ways depending on who you are greeting.

If a child walks past an adult the small child has to be polite and one thing we teach our children is to do good things. For example they are taught not to kill animals, steal, lie, and that drinking alcohol and committing adultery are wrong.

I think we should obey older prople, but nowadays teenagers never listen to old people, because they are receive from society
